Pierce Fryga
Business Development Manager
Pierce Fryga is from Lexington, SC. He is also an active member of the SC Army National Guard. When Pierce and his wife Emily moved to Charleston they fell in love with the Lowcountry. Prior to working at Tide PM Co. Pierce worked in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales. He has also worked with the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) as the Disaster Preparedness Coordinator of the Lowcountry.
Pierce is primarily focused on delivering premium-level services to all of his clients and helping them meet their goals through property management. His local market expertise makes him an asset to your property management needs.

Madz Cuenca
Client Services Manager
Madz Cuenca brings three years of dedicated experience working with real estate agents and brokers, making her a valuable asset in the property management industry. Beginning her career in customer service and team management, Madz developed a strong foundation in handling complex client interactions and resolving issues effectively. Her roles at call center companies allowed her to refine these skills, leading teams to consistently achieve high standards of service.
Now, with a focus on property management, Madz leverages her comprehensive background to ensure that every property she manages is well-maintained and optimized for market success. Her commitment to excellence and her deep understanding of real estate operations make her a trusted partner for agents and brokers alike.

Ralph Soriano
Leasing Manager
Ralph is an outgoing and energetic young professional, recognized for his attention to detail and strong communication skills. With a firm belief that efficient time management is key to success, he ensures that every task is completed by the end of the day. Having spent years honing his craft as a Customer Service Trainer, he excels in connecting with people from various backgrounds and communication styles. This ability proved invaluable in his previous roles as an Inside Sales Agent in the Real Estate Market, where he developed strong relationships with both Real Estate Agents and Investors.
With over five years of experience in the industry, he has built a reputation for his ability to understand client needs and consistently deliver results. Now thriving in his new role as a Leasing Manager, he continues to apply his diverse skill set and expertise, navigating the complexities of the real estate world with passion and dedication. His main goal is to help people meet their needs while propelling the business forward.

Stephanie Thomas
Property Manager
My name is Stephanie Thomas, and I am a seasoned real estate professional with expertise in Charleston residential properties since 2010. I have been an active agent in Property Management for the past seven years, transitioning into the role of Leasing Manager/Property Manager after my success as Assistant Property Manager and Renewal Specialist.
I am thrilled to be a part of the Tide Property Management Co and excited to share my knowledge and also gain knowledge from this exceptional team. As a resident of Mount Pleasant for 17 years, I’m deeply connected to the community. My husband is a mortgage broker, and we have three college-aged children active in sports and other activities. I’m committed to delivering exceptional service to both property owners and tenants and have them know they are valued and well cared for through open communication and dedicated service.

I’m a Property Manager with Tide Property Management, where I oversee a diverse portfolio of single-family and multifamily homes across South Carolina. My role includes everything from leasing and renewals to maintenance coordination, resident relations, and financial oversight.
With over a decade of experience in customer service and property management, I’m known for being detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and approachable. I focus on creating a positive experience for residents while also protecting owner and company interests.
Licensed in South Carolina, I take pride in strong communication, organization, and problem-solving. My goal is to continue growing in leadership, taking on new challenges, and helping Tide deliver excellent property management services.
